以邱P對決柯P 丁守中合體邱文祥
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】「邱文祥和柯文哲是大學同學，但兩人個性迥異，邱文祥更善於溝通協調。」國民黨台北市長參選人丁守中23日在國民黨副主席郝龍斌，以及4名藍委陪同下，拜會日前宣布退選北市長的無黨籍候選人泌尿科權威邱文祥醫師，展現藍軍整合氣勢。作媒的郝龍斌表示，邱的加入對丁守中的選戰而言，有如加入「十萬大軍」，選情從今天起將開始翻轉。
丁守中23日舉行「北市大團結，力挺丁守中！」記者會，在前台北市長郝龍斌撮合下，邀請日前宣布退出北市長選舉的前台北市副市長邱文祥擔任顧問，賴士葆、費鴻泰、蔣乃辛以及蔣萬安4名藍委也到場支持。各家媒體擠爆郝龍斌的黨外辦公室，進不去會場的記者只能在場外收音，但也因為丁的競選團隊不願安排會前受訪「藍市議員酒駕」事件，遭記者轟「危機處理能力太差」。
丁守中先稱讚邱文祥對於花博經營有成，對市政也有獨到見解，如松山機場周邊改善、長照措施等意見。邱和柯P雖然身為同學，但醫界都認同邱文祥是泌尿科權威，治病無數，增加台灣醫療的國際知名度。他期盼借重邱文祥醫師在醫界及社會各界豐沛的人脈，以及豐富的醫療、公衛與市政經驗，指點他與及所有國民黨議員候選人，黨內同志一起提升台北的市政。
邱文祥表示，只要對台北市政、台北市民有幫助的事情，他都極願意協助。也衷心期盼市民用心思考大家需要什麼樣的未來，所有候選人回歸市政面規劃及辯論。讓我們的下一代、上一輩都能夠有尊嚴、能在充滿光榮感的城市生活。接著，邱文祥話鋒一轉批評柯文哲的大巨蛋案，「哪有外科醫生將病人肚子剖開，閒置3年都不管。」
媒體追問，邱文祥是否會加入丁守中競選團隊？郝龍斌回應，邱文祥醫師目前還在醫院服務，「還有醫院行政和病人要照顧。」丁守中目前先在參選階段倚重邱文祥的經驗，但未來當選後，邱文祥也會全力幫忙。邱文祥則說，他不會加入一般狹義的競選團隊，但願意以顧問的方式從外部協助。
